Parents, register your young writers by September 19th for Hockessin Library’s fall 2017 Young Writer’s Workshop. Weekly meetings 8 Tuesdays September 19 through November 7th. I will lead students grades 6 – 9 in the making of a book: to research, write, illustrate and publish a hard-cover history of the Underground Railroad in Hockessin, Delaware! All levels of experience welcome. Hands-on. One field trip planned TBA. Celebratory book launch and reading at Hockessin Library in February 2018.
